Hot Day in the City
I had to make yet another trip to Mojave to support a project. Things were beautiful. The sky was overcast, the temperature was just below 70 (20 Celsius for my metric readers). I had the windows down, traffic was even moving! It was going to be a beautiful day.
Then I made it to the Antelope Valley and things went downhill from there. Before I knew it, the temperature was well over 100 and eventually spiked to 111 (43 Celsius). Now I remember why I moved away from there!
