A Trip Through History

Ellen and I enjoyed another fun three-day weekend together.

Friday
We took a cruise to Simi Valley to visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. It was really great to relive some of the events I remember him for, not to mention all the events before my time when he served as governor of California. The main exhibit that the library is known for is Air Force One, a Boeing 707 that served Reagan well.

The weather cooled off to the perfect temperature for us to have a great day.

Saturday
We didn't do much. Ellen and I got some new hiking boots for our trip to Bishop. I finally finished the XBox game Bioshock. I save all the Little Sisters, in case you wanted to know.

Sunday
Another lazy day. I got my hair cut and made a trip to the mall to kill some time. I picked up Wall-E. I really enjoyed it. I appeared to be a tribute to Steve Jobs with all the Mac stuff in it (the chord noise Mac make on bootup and the computer done with the the Mac voice synthesizer).

Next week . . . Wheeling in Bishop! WOOHOO!
